Karl and I want to thanks you and your crew for all your hard work building our two ties Versalok retention wall system. We had interviewed 9 companies to build these walls and you came out on top as our first choice based upon your expertise in building these wall and your reasonable cost.

You and your men displayed an unbelievable degree of persistence, precision and pride in workmanship. This was a very difficult piece of land to work on and you very skillfully navigated every obstacle that come your way - you and your guys were amazing!! Even the two engineering firms who worked with us - Souhegan Valley and Yerka Engineering - said they were impressed by the overall look of the way, the way the wall was curved and tied into the landscape and the overall construction of the wall system. You were flexile and willing to learn when instructed by the wall engineer on ways to improved technique and design to build and strong, lasting structure. You worked well with Yerka Engineering and were very open to their suggestions and guidance as well. Both of them mentioned they would be more then happy to furnish you with reference upon request.

Karl and I were also impressed by your ability to listen well and frequently communicate multiple times a day with us throughout the process. You were available by cell phone when questions arose and promptly answered every call. I know we frustrated you by our endless prodding and questions but you did an exceptional job of maintaining a level-headedness about you to calmly and clearly communicate with us. We thank-you for that - we know we were not easy customers to work with all the time but because you kept us well informed every step of the way, you alleviated a lot of concerns. I would give you an A+ in your customer service skills!!

We are more then happy to show prospective customers the completed project and pass on a good word for you and your company. They may call us at any time or just stop by to take a look at the project. We will also furnish you with photographs which show the construction process for those interested in seeing you in action.

We are pleased with the completed project and hope we can supply you with more business in the future as we think about more retaining wall, built in stairs, a patio or other landscaping needs. We plan on using Driscoll Landscaping to continue to care for the lawn throughout the spring/summer season, which is an indication of our satisfaction with you.
