Our approach to maintenance attempts to work with natural forces to provide the best possible environment for plant health. Excessive insect or disease occurrence is often the result of an imbalance in the soil environment or improper maintenance procedures. By understanding the soil environment and providing the proper fertility, moisture and other cultural inputs, our plants are able to withstand stress; healthy soil grows healthy plants.
Examples
Mowing
We provide mowing services of all lawn areas weekly or as needed. Lawns to be maintained at 2 ½” of height or less. String trim all obstacles bordered by grassy areas to render a neat finish appearance. Maintain sharply edged grassy areas along walks and curbing's throughout the season. Keep all stairs, walks and driveway/parking areas free of grass cuttings and leaves. All grass cutting which are visible on the lawn surface shall be removed upon the completion of mowing.
Spring Cleaning
We provide dethatching and raking of all lawn areas. Dethatching removes dead grass and promotes new grass to generate and will also thicken your lawn. We will remove all sticks, leaves and debris from your lawn areas, shrubs, beds, perennial gardens and tree beds.
Edging and mulching of beds is also provided with a variety of mulches to choose from, (Hemlock, Spruce, Dark Pine, Cedar, etc.). We also will top dress stone beds.
Fall Cleaning
We remove all fallen leaves from lawn area and shrub beds. All beds are cleared and raked smooth. We tie shrubs as necessary to limit winter damage.
Trimming / Pruning
We provide trimming and pruning of all ornamental tress and shrubs. This is done in mid July to insure proper growth and development.
Fertilization Programs
We provide a Fertilization program to your lawn to insure proper growth and development year round. The process is as follows:

Crabgrass control with fertilizer

Snow Plowing / Sanding Offering 24 hour a day service, we have a wide assortment of snow removal equipment ranging from a simple shovel and a bag of salt to a 10' Plow mounted on a 5 ton truck with a 4000 pound bulk salt spreader.
