- Phase 1- Initial consultation
- Phase 2- Discuss design, colors, plants, trouble areas, overall look/theme
- Phase 3- Estimated cost of design
- Phase 4- Draw & present preliminary plan
- Phase 5- Master Plan will be made
- Phase 6- Master Plan will be discussed. A slide show will be presented to explain the size, color, bloom and reason for certain plants
- Phase 7- Final pricing for the landscape project
Lawns
We excavate and level all the areas and we spread 5” of screened loam. We use a variety of sun/shade seed and sod for the correct application.
Seed – We apply seed and fertilizer. We roll the seed in and apply “Seed Starter” mulch. This product is a green paper pellet that provides protection to the new seed and holds the moisture for proper growth. This product is also 100% bio degradable.
Sod– We will apply fertilizer to the loam and lay out the new sod on top. This provides an “instant” lawn effect.
Renovation (Slice Seed) – We can rejuvenate and repair damaged lawn areas without destroying the remainder of your good lawn.

Mulching – Mulching shrub beds is a great way to add uniformity to your landscape. Mulch also helps prevent weeds, holds moisture, and in most cases, adds organic matter to the soil. We employ the latest methods to beautify your landscape through our mulching process. We use the best mulch to protect your garden and plants.
